Since we began our Maintenance Agreement program, we have noticed a reduction in minor service calls. We are convinced that planned maintenance is a valuable investment that will save you money in the long run.
We offer several maintenance plans. One plan is not better than the other. Each plan is intended for a specific type of system, so choose the program that best describes your system. If you have both a heating & air conditioning system, you will need to choose two plans.
These are ‘Check, Inspect & Test’ plans intended to locate & identify problems with your system. All issues that are discovered will be discussed and quoted prior to making any repairs. As a participant in this program, you will receive a 10% discount on all HVAC repair work done during the respective season. Discount does not apply to equipment purchases.
We do not service oil burners. Unlike the gas industry, the oil distributors seem to be doing a fine job servicing their customers and we choose not to compete with them. We do however offer a complete service on the ‘wet components’ of your oil heating system.

• Inspection of coil for debris & heat transfer
• Replace standard 1” filter
• Inspection of blower motor, bearings, belts, & lubrication
• Check blower for proper air flow
• Monitor operating pressures
• Tighten electrical connections
• Clean contactor terminals
• Inspection of indoor coil for debris
• Clean & treat indoor coil drain pan
• Clean PVC trap & inspect pump
• Controls, sensors & safeties will be checked for proper operation
• Check temperature drop across indoor coil
• Inspection of exposed duct work for significant air leaks

• Check thermostat operation
• Inspection of electrical connections
• Check for carbon monoxide
• Replace standard 1” filter
• Inspection of blower motor, bearings, belts & lubrication
• Clean condensate traps & check pump
• Check burners for corrosion & debris
• Check gas valve & operating pressures
• Inspection of flue & venting for leakage & drafts
• Clean & adjust pilot as needed
• Verify proper operation of safety system controls
• Check for leaks on gas piping from valve to unit
• Inspection & lubrication of circulators & zone valves
• Check system water level & expansion tank
