Oxford Plumbing & Heating Service Maintenance Agreements

Since beginning our Service Maintenance program we have noticed a reduction in minor service calls. We are convinced that planned maintenance is a good investment.

Below is a selection form to be completed if you are interested in having your heating or cooling system serviced. Please use the below SYSTEM SELECTION GUIDE to choose the plan that matches your system.

There are six plans - one is NOT better than the other - each is for a specific type of system. After choosing your plan, please complete the section below and hit the submit button or print it out and return it to us. If you do not trust electronic forms or do not like paperwork then call us for assistance.

We do not do oil burner service maintenance. Unlike the gas industry, the oil distributors seem to be doing a fine job servicing their customers and we choose not to compete with them. We do however offer complete service to the "wet components" of your oil heating system on a 24 hour basis.

As a participant in this program you will receive a 10% discount on all HVAC repair work during the respective season. This discount does not apply to equipment purchases.

Our records and experience have proven that SCHEDULED SERVICE MAINTENANCE reduces minor service calls which saves you money in the long run.

We offer several plans - ONE IS NOT BETTER THAT THE OTHER! Each is intended for a specific type of system. Choose the one (s) that best describes yours and indicate that on the attached return form. IF YOU HAVE A HEATING AND AN AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM, you will need to choose TWO plans.

These are "CHECK, INSPECT AND TEST" plans intended to locate and identify problems. All NEEDED repairs will be discussed and quoted prior to implementing.

As a policyholder, you will be entitled to a 10% discount on all repairs done at the time of service and any repairs needed during the applicable season.

COOLING SEASON
Plan A:	Air Conditioner (includes heat pumps)	$120.00 per system
Plan B:	Heat Pump	$120.00 per system
Plan C:	Gas Furnace	$120.00 per system
Plan D:	Gas Hot Water Boiler	$120.00 per system
Plan E:	Gas Steam Boiler	$120.00 per system
Plan F:	Combination Heat Pump & Gas Furnace	$145.00 per system

ALL COOLING PLANS INCLUDE

Inspection of outdoor coil for debris & heat transfer

Replace standard 1" filter

Inspect blower motor, bearings, belts, lubricate & adjust

Monitor operating pressures

Tighten electrical connections

Clean contactor terminals

Inspect indoor coil drain pan

Clean & treat indoor coil drain pan

Clean PVC trap & inspect pump

Controls, sensors & safeties will be checked for proper operation

Check temperature drop across indoor coil

Inspect exposed duct work for significant air leaks

ALL HEATING PLANS INCLUDE

Check thermostat operation

Inspect electrical connections

Check for carbon monoxide

Replace standard 1" filter

Inspect blower motor, bearings, belts, lubricate & adjust

Clean condensate traps & check pump

Check burners for corrosion & debris

Check gas valve & venting for leakage & draft

Clean & adjust pilot as needed

Verify proper operation of safety system controls

Leak check gas piping from valve to unit

Inspect & lubricate circulators and zone valves

Check system water level and expansion tank
